The year 2013 was the most successful year in Jozef Banáš´s writing career. His books exceeded the threshold of 150,000 sold copies. The publishing house Ikar has released the sales figures till December 31st, 2013, according to which the novel Code 9 exceeded the magic threshold of 40,000 pieces and even the Last Infidelity sold more than 8,000 copies and became the best-selling short-story book in Slovakia.
